CHARLESTON, S.C. - SCaroNews -- Generations for America Foundation is proud to announce its upcoming Spring 2026 webinar series, "The U.S. Constitution: The Shield of Rights." This twelve-week educational journey will take place every Wednesday evening from April 8 through June 24, 2026, from 7:00 - 8:00 PM EDT.
Building on the foundation of intergenerational education, this series is designed to equip Americans with a profound understanding of their fundamental rights and the individual liberties that serve as a safeguard against government overreach.
The Spring 2026 series features distinguished speakers committed to constitutional literacy:
Mike Delaney: A Navy veteran with several decades of experience in engineering, Delaney applies his analytical precision to the study of constitutional frameworks. His background as a veteran and engineer brings a unique, structured perspective to understanding the historical intent and modern application of the Bill of Rights.

Rocky Burke: A retired law enforcement and public safety professional with over 40 years of experience, Burke brings a career's worth of field expertise to the discussion of civic rights. His insights bridge the gap between constitutional theory and the real-world challenges facing American families today.
Constitutional education from a law enforcement perspective will improve the quality of court judgments, legislation, law enforcement, voting rules and government personnel performance. It will benefit everyday Americans in terms of liberty, security and wealth.
"Our goal is to ensure that the 'Shield of Rights' remains strong for future generations," said Ingrid Centurion, a retired Army Lt. Colonel with two decades of experience protecting Americans. "By understanding the legal bedrock of our nation, citizens are better prepared to participate in their government and protect the freedoms that define the American experience."
